There are no default font for Indian rupee font in magento 2 for printing in pdfs.
You can print rupee font by downloading this zip file and upload to your magento 2 root folder then do enable rupee font form below.
Go to: Store -> Configuration – > Sales -> PDF Print-outs then enable PRINT RUPEE SYMBOL as shown in picture.
